Progress = Happiness!

Today I was thinking of what could make the best mind shift to take massive action in life. I started researching the role models I always loved listening when I need a internal momentum to make that happen and take action.

My first thought was see what Tony is up to and does he has some words of Wisdom for life. He discusses the hard times in his life and what action he did to make a massive shift in life. In this video he mentions how tough times were always there in any persons life and how to get out of it as soon as possible.

He tells the first step, you need to move and start feeding your mind with fulfilling steps by reading! Continuing the talk, he explains 5 Keys To Thrive in detail in the video. Tony explains how you can implement them to your life and be able to thrive no matter what your current situation is.

Reading has a huge impact and driving force for my life, I have personally experienced to take massive action after a good read. It creates the mental muscles like working out your body in the Gym.  He questions when is the last time we pushed our self? Good question!!! if you haven’t really pushed your self and taken a massive change in life!!! This is time to make it..

Go out there and make a change in your life and then you can start living a compelling life. Because in life there is going to be a time, where we all of us would turn back and ask our self …” Did I lived the life I wanted?” , “Did I made influence and impacted to the betterment of others life?”

Everyone of us may have hard times, but what matters is do we have the mental toughness to get back and live the life we dream! Tony brings a great example of this guy who had no legs, basically physically disable! How he made up his mind and made that metal shift and momentum to take action and charger of his life. “Try something out today”…. First thing you got to do is, Feed and strengthen the mind, Try out new things, Feed and strengthen your body.. Change the body, go for a run, lift some weights!!!

Train the body to be strong.. The body has a magical capability to shift the brain and the mental thinking patterns. And finally find some role models who had tough times, read their life’s.. get momentum and go take Action!!!
